Silver Package – Month and Day of coordination
Our Month of Coordination package is designed to relieve you from any stress during the month of your wedding. This package is designed to ensure you, your fiancé, your family, and friends enjoy your special day while we handle everything. We’ll work closely with your wedding party and vendors to make sure your special day runs as smoothly as you envisioned it. This is for the couple who needs help managing all the hard work they’ve put in to ensure things run smoothly on the day of their wedding.
- Consultation with bride and groom to gather information about how they would like the wedding to flow
- Unlimited communication with your coordinator from the moment you secure our services
- Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary and timeline
- We become your vendor’s main point of contact at the 1-month mark
- Check with vendors to confirm arrangements and schedule for the wedding day
- We manage all last-minute details and your wedding day schedule to ensure everything is happening when it’s supposed to
- We ensure the setup & decorating go according to plan
- Direct vendors on the day of the wedding
- Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities to vendors.

Gold Package – Partial Planning Service
Maybe you have secured the big stuff, like finding a venue, but you would like our planning service to take over from there. We can plan your dream wedding, making sure everything goes smoothly and your vision is realized, all within your budget.
- Consultation with bride and groom
- Unlimited communication with the coordinator after consultation
- Assist in creating a wedding website
- Keep track of guest list and RSVP’s
- Selecting suitable vendors such as:
- Baker
- Calligrapher
- Caterer
- Decorators
- Florist
- Musicians (soloist, organist, band, DJ, etc.)
- Photographer
- Printer (to print invitations, RSVP and thank-you cards, itineraries, etc.)
- Rental Facilities
- Transportation providers
- Videographer
- Wedding attire providers (e.g. bridal shops)
- Negotiating with vendors
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts
- Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them
- Schedule and coordinate tastings with the caterer and pastry chef
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
- Site visits and walk-throughs to create a floorplan and décor planning
- Coordinating final payment of vendors (if requested by client)

Platinum Package – Full Service
We are with you from start to finish to help you design the perfect wedding that truly reflects your personality and vision. This is the ultimate, all-inclusive package where your wedding planner steps in to assist from start to finish in the planning process. We come in and help you create your dream wedding down to the very last detail, from locating your perfect venue, budget assistance, choosing the best vendors, creating documents and timelines for you and essentially being with you every step of the way.
- Initial consultation with the bride and groom
- Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g. on wedding etiquette) as required
- Preparing a budget
- Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
- Assisting with the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding
- Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style for the wedding
- Assisting with the design, printing, and mailing out of the invitations
- Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
- Assisting with the selection of wedding attire and accessories
- Finding, negotiating with, and booking suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors
- Providing information to obtain a marriage license

- Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)
